My writing improves as a result of listening to my intuition and wisdom from within as well as from my supporters and from the critics who I can easily see/discern are coming from helpful intent.

Churches of the Mind
Less than 20-30 minutes after I come home from work,I lay down to meditate and turn on iheartradio to help my mind calm and help me to further connect to my higher self/soul. My respects to people that can meditate in silence but for me music/songs help my mind connect to my intuition and soul in stronger ways that I may elaborate on at a later time andor post. I select the iheartradio radio stationed that is customized to my favorites that I titled LuckyStella Favorites Radio and the first song that plays is the Pet Shop Boys Brits Medley and then trails into Heaven is a Place on Earth by Belinda Carlisle, and then Intuition by DJ Encore. I start to relax and envision myself when I was both younger and thinner and figure out what I can intuitively do in the real-world to connect back to the reality of when I was thinner. Just then I'm sitting outside in a blue and purple table in a multi-colored yellow and purple garden when I realized that maybe I fell asleep
Less than 8 seconds later I spot a beautiful and clear lake with a boat similar to Florence and the Machine's Rabbit Heart Raise it Up Video but I see my only my 21 year old self who weighed 119 pounds when I first met my amazing husband as well as my 23 year old self who weighed around 135 pounds at my wedding. My 119 pound 21 year old self is wearing a red dress similar to what I was wearing when I went to a Christmas party in Yokosuka Japan with my then male friend back in December 2002 and who fortunately later became my now husband. My 23 year old 135 pound self is wearing the same wedding dress that I wore for my wedding at the Excalibur Hotel to my husband back in January 22, 2004. My 23 year old self scans my mind and explains to me that my higher self sent just her and my 21 year old self for now in order to help me to gradually work on different aspects in a manner reasonable and bearable for me.
Just then my 21 year old and 23 year old self touch the boat and turn it into a blue, orange, and violet plane that has its own rooms and kitchen similar to a landbased house. Once I'm in the plane I noticed that the pilot is dressed in some type of witch costume similar to Glenda the Good Witch in Oz while one of the spirits handling all of us some midnight blue cups is dressed in a blonde and red haired porcelain doll costume. My 23 year old self explained that I see costume images alot on my spirits because they have to keep their identities carefully cloaked for right now in my spiritual development for reasons that are going to make sense to me at a later time. Before I can ask more the plane touches down in a replica of Busch Gardens Park in Williamsburg Virginia where my 7 year old self is waiting for them near the German themed section of the park. I see a sign for the Busch Gardens Food and Wine Festival and some tall spirit (who I intuitively sense is a human spirit on earth who has succeeded in traveling to various astral dimensions in the higher realms as well as enjoys major success in life). Before I could find out who the spirit is my 7 year old, 21 year old, and 23 year old self give me a group hug and I get an intuitive feeling via my 7 year old self that the spirit's identity must remain cloaked for right now for good reasons.
Less than a few seconds later I noticed that the plane is gone and they summon me to a round table image similar to the picture of a Round Table image photo from page 106 of the August 2016 Los Angeles magazine issue. The listed time period is 1925 where some nuns are gathering at the Self-Realization Fellowship International Headquarters of Paramahansa Yogananda which was established in Mount Washington in 1925. The spirits are even dressed in the similar orange costumes but the bodies are that of various cartoon characters (from the Winx Club, Ever After High, Sophia the First Princess). One of the spirits with the Sophia the First Princess masks asks all three of my past selves (the 7 year old, 21 year old, and 23 year old) to go into a special area inside a mind church that is going to give them massages and listen to calming music before they are transported back to happy realms suited for their age and style. I ask the Sophia the First mask princess if there is a chance that she could explain more to me but she emphatically stated that there is very little time to explain at this point. With that the spirit disappears with my 7 year old, 21 year old, and 23 year old self into a white flying car and the one of the spirits left transforms into an image of a book jacket the says Ever After High but when the book opens I noticed that the pages are blank/unwritten.
However, a few seconds prior I was able to catch a glimpse of some of the spirits entering a church and so I asked my higher self to take me to that church even if I have to travel alone. Less than a few seconds later I fly towards a college like hallway but inside a structure akin to the Belasco Theater Downtown in Sydney Australia (also on page 106 of the August 2016 Los Angeles issue). I walk down the end of one of the hallways and I noticed that there is a crowd of people dancing in groups of couples to You Can Do Magic by America and then there other song World of Light comes on. Just then I see my future self dancing dressed in a blue and gold gown but I was trying to make out who she was dancing with and just then I see an image of the Map book by Boni Lonnsburry enlarging itself to my height and page 265 which read signs in regards to manifestations and what to do when signs are received. Just then the word Eisenhower comes to mind and I noticed that I had seen the work on one of the local newspapers (the Washington Post Express) less than 8 hours before and within the same 4 hour span period of a Virginian Pilot article that I came across online without yet knowing that I would also see it in the Washington Post Express less than a few hours later.
I think of the connection before leaving the Hallway when one identified spirit wearing a golden robe hugs me and I see a beautiful rainbow and sunny background replica of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Edgar Allan Poe (referenced in page 215 of the Hampton Roads Virginia Beach Norfolk and Newport News book by Tony Germanotta. The yellow robed being explains that they are trying to get my attention to remind me that regardless of public judgement I face in my life for doing so that it is part of my destiny to become a writer and author on the side in addition to whatever job that I choose to do regardless of published outcome andor whether it is for therapeutic writing andor other reasons. I try to ask the yellow robed being if they knew of what I can do to follow my work/career destiny to be more aligned with my life purpose/my higher self
but he compassionately explain that he was only sent to remind me and encourage me to write at least a few times a week regardless of how I'm perceived by others in my personal andor work life for doing so. He compassionately explained that he can call upon another benevolent spirit to help me in that regard but that I must ask for that help upon waking ideally within 24-48 hours of him visiting me. He then said in both a firm and loving voice that I have less than 180 seconds before I wake up but he hands me a peach parchment paper with the following instructions
The idea that you have for you and your husband to live long term regardless of how you are judged for making that choice is in alignment with your intuition but you must formulate a plan of action and timeline for making that happen sooner rather than later for reasons you are going to understand within two years of this message.
Ideally write at least 3 times a week at a minimum. The writing can be more often and ideally at least 400 words but it must be ideally after you get home from work in order to allow your higher self and other unseen forces to harmonize stronger with your creativity. This is not to say that you can't write your most creative works before work and there are spirits walking this earth who can write at their most creatively even if they are writing very close together before they go to work.
However, for reasons I must cloak/disguise for now benevolent beings from the higher realms as well as your higher self can more easily work with you at your current rate of spiritual development if you write after you get home from work as well as giving you important guidance towards some of your practical goals such as your ideal weight goals. Last but not least writing during this timeframe is going to help your creativity more rapidly as well as helping you be more in touch with your higher self quicker when you write because you are going to be drawing from an important well of inspiration after having walked at least 2 miles in addition to signs we send you in your work life to help you in both life and your writing. Both your triumphs and challenges at work are going to be easier for you to process if you hold off until after you get home from work to write. This advice may change at any moment but it is good for you through at least the end of this year. Last but not least, keep doing what you are doing with you walking writing and strive for ideally at least 6 miles 6 days a week but no less than 5 days a week. The more you commit to your walking routine the easier it is going to be to tap into the wellspring of creativity and heaven inspired insights that are being sent to you from your team of higher self, your spirit ally team, and other benevolent beings of spiritual light whose identities we must keep discreet for now.
Less than a few seconds later the song Adore You by Miley Cyrus comes on and my loving husband gently tugs on me to temporarily let me know that I left my iheartradio app on my Amazon kindle on before I head back to sleep.
