I have successfully lost over 30 pounds since September 2016 even with working around  some delicious food that I can have for free and I am lucky to experience firsthand that what Sugar says is true when it comes to having lunch as your biggest meal. I am even blessed to see this firsthand as I started out needing a men's large size chef coat for my job and I am now swimming in the men's medium size chef coat. The only caveat is that I am in the process of improving upon being consistent with having the lunchtime timeframe be when I eat my biggest meal even with the fantastic work life balance I am fortunate to experience from my current job which pays me well for what I do.
